RETURNS

Our return policy is restrictive due to health and safety reasons. Returns are only accepted if the product is incorrect or defective upon delivery.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at returns@kehlkronenhof.com. We will guide you through the return process for items sent to our address:

For approved returns, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please return the product within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product for any defects, damage, or discrepancies. Report any issues to us immediately so we can rectify the situation. We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom orders, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item’s return eligibility.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a defective or incorrect item, initiate a return for the product. After we accept the return, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account may vary.
